Sometimes after waking up form suspend mode, on a laptop with Ubuntu 22.04 (I don’t think that Ubuntu version matters) and adapter Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265, bluetooth is disabled in the system and you can’t get it work back without restart your laptop.

The solution is to reload bluetooth module in the system by command
sudo modprobe -r btusb && sleep 5 && sudo modprobe btusb
